Avoriqa Capital Dominicana, S.R.L. (hereinafter "Avoriqa", "we") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Dominican Law 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data.

We collect data that you voluntarily provide through the subscription form (name and email address), as well as technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, solely for analytical purposes.
3. Purpose of processing
Data is used to manage your subscription, send you information about real estate crowdlending opportunities in the Dominican Republic, improve the site and comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent when completing the form and on Avoriqa's legitimate interest in operating and communicating with its subscribers.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. We may share it with technology providers acting as data processors under contract (email delivery, analytics), always under strict security measures.
6. Your rights
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition and portability by sending an email to privacy@avoriqa.com. We will respond within a maximum of 15 business days.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including in-transit encryption (TLS 1.3), access controls and periodic audits.
8. Retention
We retain your data for as long as the subscription relationship exists or until you request cancellation. Afterwards data will be deleted or anonymised.
